Do you have public slips?

Yes! We have 10 public wet slips. They’re available on a first-come, first-served basis. Dock at our marina and head up to SkyBar for a bite and a drink, or pick up a day pass to enjoy our hotel pools.

HOW MUCH IS OVERNIGHT DOCKING FOR HOTEL GUESTS?

Each slip is a additional fee to your guest room rate. Get in touch with one of our front desk ambassadors to add a slip to your room reservation.

CAN I PARK MY TRAILER AT SKYBEACH?

Yes. As a hotel guest, you can add trailer parking to your reservation for $75 a day. Please call one of our front desk ambassadors, and they’ll set that up for you.

DO YOU OFFER POWER AND UTILITY HOOK-UPS?

Absolutely! Our 29 slips are equipped with power and utility hook-ups for your convenience.

CAN I FUEL UP AT THE MARINA? IF NOT, WHERE IS THE CLOSEST FUEL DOCK?

Unfortunately, we don’t sell fuel on site. The nearest fuel dock is at O’Neill’s Marina in Maximo Park.

WHERE IS THE CLOSEST BOAT RAMP?

The closest boat ramp is at O’Neill’s Marina in Maximo Park.

IF I RENT A SLIP AT SKYBEACH, WHAT ADDITIONAL BENEFITS WILL I RECEIVE?

Slip leaseholders receive two complimentary day passes for access to both our pools and our beach area for the duration of their lease. Additionally, leaseholders receive discounts on SkyBeach accommodations and court bookings at Southside Sports.

WHERE CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT RATES AND RESERVE A SLIP?

For inquiries about slips, leasing, and pricing, reach out to our front desk, or contact a salesperson or the dockmaster directly.

DO YOU HAVE MARINA SHOWERS, RESTROOMS, AND/OR LAUNDRY FACILITIES?

You can use the restrooms located near our backyard pools, and we have two outdoor showers by Southside Sports. Our small marina does not have guest laundry facilities or formal showers.

CAN I BUY ICE AT THE MARINA?

At this time, we don’t sell ice but check back soon. We’re always expanding our services!
