Always lock your door and check windows and connecting doors.
Verify anyone at your door by calling the Front Desk.
Never share personal or credit card info over the phone unless verified as resort staff.
Keep your room key secure.
Be cautious in parking areas and do not leave valuables in vehicles.
Report suspicious activity to resort staff immediately.
Resort staff may enter rooms at least once every 24 hours, even if privacy is requested. We will always try to notify you in advance.

FIRE
Locate the nearest fire exits, alarms, and extinguishers.
If alarms sound, check the door for heat/smoke before opening. If safe, use stairs—never elevators.
If you can’t exit, place wet towels under the door, call the Front Desk with your room number, turn off AC, and stay low to the ground.

WATER
Be aware of waves, currents, and changing conditions.
Supervise children closely near water.
Follow all beach warning signs.
If caught in a rip current, stay calm, float until it eases, then swim diagonally to shore.
Always swim with a buddy.

SEVERE WEATHER / HURRICANES
If outdoors, seek shelter immediately.
If indoors, stay away from windows and glass doors.
Follow staff instructions; if told to evacuate, bring your room key and use stairs, not elevators.
